ODB is a relatively small program and therefore we have been able to
fix almost every bug. Naturally we want the software to be perfect,
but as we can't try everything ourselves, we rely on bug reports from
you to address those rare instances where ODB doesn't do what it should.
If you find a "Runtime Error" we will probably fix it within 24 hours!
Other bugs will be fixed with the next release. Your feedback not only
helps you, but makes life easier but for hundreds of other users.
To report a non-critical bug, go to the ODB Bug Tracker page. To report a "Runtime Error", please email us at support <at> organizersdb.org with the following information: 1) the type of Windows you are using (95, 98, Me, 2000, or XP) 2) the version of ODB you are using (it shows up in the title bar of the main ODB screen) 3) what were doing when the error occurred, and the exact wording of any error message. 4) what you can do to reproduce the error, if you can do that!
