Hi Fred --

Hi Fred --

If you can give a bit more detail when posting to the forum it might help: what was the error message you received?

I can guess as to what your problem might have been, and offer some good news. An ODB user discovered on July 3 a bug that was introduced into 1.0.2, and we fixed it the same day with our internal development version of ODB. The details are here: http://mantis.organizersdb.org/view.php?id=600 (free registration required to view).

You would have seen this problem if you tried to export the OldID or Occupation fields. I would be happy to send you the current development release if this addresses your issue.

If not, please provide more detail on whether you received an error message or not.

Cannot export with extended fields/password required

I am a returning user to ODB and am in the process of building my school's donor database. I currently have 504 records in the system. When I try to export all 504 records with extended fields, I get a message saying a password is required. I am not aware of any additional password, but the one I received upon registering does not work. How can I get around this? Is there a limit to the number of records with extended fields that I can export at one time?
