Does anyone have any tips on how to create a new reminder category? I need to remind people to send a thank you letter. I could only find reminders for email and phone call.
You can only use 'E' or 'H' or 'P' -- which are short for Email, Hard Copy, Phone Call. Check the settings under Key Options - Reminders & Pledges.
