runtime err 94, thank you letterall of a sudden when i go to print a thank you letter (when I check box in edit payment section) after putting in a new payment. I get a run-time error 94 invalid use of null and the whole program shuts down. all my thank you letters are in C:\program files\oc\mergetext |

We definitely can solve this... this problem was related to changes in the DB structure, it has been resolved, but there are easy workarounds.... please call the office at 617-720-6190 and we can figure out if you should upgrade to the next (soon to be released) 1.1 version or whether we should resolve it in 1.0.2.

Just confirming that this is now resolved...
All that Sue had to do is to run the built in 'set mass gift dates' utility procedure, under 'mass action', which removed null values that were causing the error from her database.
