runtime err 94, thank you letterall of a sudden when i go to print a thank you letter (when I check box in edit payment section) after putting in a new payment. I get a run-time error 94 invalid use of null and the whole program shuts down. all my thank you letters are in C:\program files\oc\mergetext err 94

Just confirming that this is now resolved... All that Sue had to do is to run the built in 'set mass gift dates' utility procedure, under 'mass action', which removed null values that were causing the error from her database. -rich Still get runtime error 94

I have run into the same problem in v1.0.2, and using the "Mass Set Gift Dates" in Mass Action does not resolve it. Is there another solution? Jon Falk This problem was fixed --

This problem was fixed -- however you need version 1.1RC6, which is much more up to date than version 1.0.2. I'm getting this error now

We definitely can solve this... this problem was related to changes in the DB structure, it has been resolved, but there are easy workarounds.... please call the office at 617-720-6190 and we can figure out if you should upgrade to the next (soon to be released) 1.1 version or whether we should resolve it in 1.0.2.
