Right Click doesn't work

My right click functionality does not work. I do not get a dropdown right-click menu anywhere. This used to work.

I'm running ODB 1.0.2 on WinXP Professional

If it used to work in 1.0.2 and it now does not work, then check your mouse settings under the windows control panel!
