runtime err 94 solved but print on thank you letter miniscule

I know I have seen this issue before, but I can't find it. The printing on
my thank you letter has become so tiny its unreadable. I set the margins as left 50, right 100 and top 100 because I am printing on letterhead paper and must allow room for information on letterhead.

a workaround for this intermittent problem is to print a page of labels.
However I believe we have totally fixed this in the new 1.1 version.
Please download and install this as soon as you are able and let me know if it is working okay for you
