Donation amount not printing- just last name of donor

This is my first time printing thank you letters from the database. I figured out how to edit the thank you letter and save my own template, but when I print, only the donor's last name shows up in the space where the donation amount should be.

Even when I printed with the prefab templates without editing anything, it's doing the same thing.

Any help would be great! Thanks!

This was confirmed as a bug and fixed in Release Candidate 4 on 1/11/08. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I have found a lot of useful information from this platform. I must say that sharing your thoughts with one another is an easy way to relax yourself in the daily hectic routines.
