Here are a couple of problems we encountered today when entering pledges for our Capital Campaign:

Problem 1: Runtime Error 6 Overflow

When you are in the edit pledge screen and click on pledge you get the message Runtime Error 6 Overflow and then ODB closes.

Problem 2: Also when entering a payment and clicking on Fulfills Pledge – the message that shows up has the pledge in increments of dollars (e.g. $5 instead of the $5000 increment or $1 instead of the $1000 increment which we had input when initially setting up the pledge)

Problem 3: Report Generation:

After clicking on advanced search and choosing pledges we asked to run a report of all pledges by date of pledge for the category Capital Campaign – this resulted in an SQL error MS-Jet engine reported that 5 field names were incorrect and when you close this box you get “Error generating report body item not found in this collection” and the whole system hangs up.

Any ideas on why this is happening?
