Date of Birth

I am a returning user to ODB and haven't used the program since 2002-2003. I am building our School's first-ever donor database and have noticed that Date of Birth is an option we can add to individual records. How do I make this field visible so that I can make use of it?
Thanks in advance for your help!

In ODB 1.x -- Settings(Wrench)/Optional Fields/Option 1/ Show date of birth

Date of Birth

I also recently installed version 1.1 (for the first time). I have been able to figure out how to optimize most of the settings I need. However, I have tried to "turn on" the option for "Occupation" as you suggest for "Date of Birth" and no matter what I do, it will not show up on the data page for each person. From what I can tell, I think the codes for occupation, date of birth, and all of the other items listed under "Optional Fields, Custom 1" have somehow been deleted or omitted from the new ODB version that we are all installing. I can't get any of these items to turn on after I click "enable codes" and "Show" on this page! I think there is something wrong with the program.

Hi Anne -- If you enable

Hi Anne --
If you enable optional fields they will show up... however you will usually have to exit ODB and then reenter in order for this to happen. I just tested this with the occupation and Date of Birth fields and it seems to work fine.

I have found a lot of useful

I have found a lot of useful information from this platform. I must say that sharing your thoughts with one another is an easy way to relax yourself in the daily hectic routines. Each time a description of the change, there are always lots of talk about it anywhere. These are not exempt. I mean one must be up to date with the day to day change in the environment and in the technology as well. In my personal opinion, the world is turning into a global village and now you can get a lot of required information by just a click while sitting where ever you are.

Nice information, many

Nice information, many thanks to the author. It is incomprehensible to me now, but in general, the usefulness and significance is overwhelming. Thanks again and good luck ! kaufen
I see nothing wrong with the cover. She's a skier and that's how downhill skiers start their runs. I think people who complain about it are just jealous because they don't look that good and aren't that talented. Would they have complained if it was one of the male downhill skiers in the same uniform and the same position? Probably not. online
Your blog has some of the most fascinating information! I've read several pages here and I just had to comment and let you know that I thought you've been doing a great job here. Keep it up!
