Customizing for "not a membership organization"

Hi!

I have just begun working with ODB, and really like what I can do. However, we are not a membership organization, so I would like to disable that. I read in the manual where you can do that, but am not finding specific directions on "how to." Any help would be appreciated.

I successfully imported our mailing list into ODB, and now want to import our donor files, which have been in another program. Since some of the names overlap, is there any way to do that without making a whole new file for each one?

Thanks for any help you can give!

Bev

Customizing

How can I would like to be able to customize the Data base template I am using now. How can I do that?

Manuel -- If you have read

Manuel --
If you have read the PDF version of the user manual you will see some detailed information on customization. Just click on the question mark in ODB and select "Help and Documentation..."
If you have difficulty doing this on your own, we have a paid service to help community groups with the process. It is fairly affordable also.

I have found a lot of useful

I have found a lot of useful information from this platform. I must say that sharing your thoughts with one another is an easy way to relax yourself in the daily hectic routines. Each time a description of the change, there are always lots of talk about it anywhere. These are not exempt. I mean one must be up to date with the day to day change in the environment and in the technology as well. In my personal opinion, the world is turning into a global village and now you can get a lot of required information by just a click while sitting where ever you are.
