Updated ODB Templates!March 17: In preparation for version 1.1 we are updating many of the existing ODB templates so that they will work properly with the many customization settings that have been added or renamed since the 0.9 ODB versions. Templates are not useful if you have an existing ODB database; they are only used when creating a new DB. You can create a new DB just for the purpose of seeing how the settings are configured, and then manually copy some of the settings into your existing database. Just make sure, if you create a new DB, that you do not save it over your existing database! here is a link to a zip file containing the new templates. Please note that the "Hide Donations area" template is a major upgrade and will not work until you have the final release of ODB version 1.1 (expected within a day or two). All you have to do is download this file and open it, then drag any template you want to use to your templates folder. (This is usually c:\program files\oc\templates .). You might notice that your templates folder has a subfolder with many additional templates. These are old templates saved from some of the first users of ODB (back in 2004-6) and you are welcome to move them up to the templates folder so that you may use them. There may be a few popups when you load them, but they should mostly work... When you are done, be sure to go into the Settings area, click on Poweruser, and click the SaveTemplate button. This will let you save a new version of this template in 1.1 format. You can email the upgraded template to our support email address, and we will then include it in the next release of ODB.
