Add data to records you arleady have en masseSince the ODB is based on ACCESS, I assume I can open it in ACCESS? We may have another organization that can provide us with the legislative districts for everyone we have in our database. This would be great for us, but I'm not really sure how to give him the data and then bring it back into the ODB without creating a bunch of dupes. I was thinking, tho, that I could open it in access, export the main table, give it to him, and let him import all the legislative districts (and probably also help us find a lot of addresses we don't have, too). Then, when he had that done, I could just put the new table in the same order as the existing one, open it in access, and cut and paste most of the data into the access table and it would all end up in the same spots. Is that possible? I think its possible. But

I think its possible. But you need to get more familiar with the software and it takes a bit of time to get used to it.You keep trying different settings and tools options and you may find it pretty soon. Couldn?t be written any

The answer to this is yes...
The answer to this is yes... if you change the extension of the file from .odb to .mdb you can open it in Access. Just make sure that you do not allow Access to convert it to Access2000 format... we are using the old Access97 format still for maximum compatibility.
