ODB won't open -- claims we've converted to ACCESS2000We can't open our Database. Nor any of our old backups. ODB is saying that the file has been converted to Access 2000 or Access 2003. It also says we can go into Access and convert it back, but I can't get it to open in Access. It says it's not a recognized Access format. Help? We're missing everything. We can't get into it at all. I am pretty sure we are using the latest version of ODB. We have it hosted on a network, but we've been using it this way with no problem for years. Apologies for the delayed

Apologies for the delayed response... your post came just a couple days after my son was born! If you have an issue such as this and your group depends on the software, please use the telephone support option. The phone number 617-720-6190 should work!! It’s exhausting to find

While not the best solution,
While not the best solution, I was able to overcome this same problem by renaming the obdsetup.dat file in the OC folder and reopening the database as if for the first time.
