ODB software ranks highly in national survey!

ODB was highly rated in a new survey of CRM systems for nonprofits released by NTEN in mid December. NTEN, the country's largest national nonprofit technology organization, surveyed over 700 nonprofits using CRM systems, and got useful data about 22 software packages.

ODB The following information is taken from the executive summary; results were tabulated only if an organization had 10 or more responses in the category.

What's really interesting about this survey is that ODB is the only option that can be downloaded and immediately put to use; the other products surveyed may require significant work to get started, or they were web based applications.  (Perhaps other desktop products were listed in the initial survey outreach, but did not have enough responses to make it to the final results.)

Already we were seeing an uptick in our support business over the past month -- Marcie Tardiff and I have installed the soon-to-be-released ODB  1.1 at 6 different organizations in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts.  With the release of this survey and of our new release, we are expecting 2008 to
be a banner year for ODB adoption!
