For organization who require a higher level of service, we offer a premium setup service. This service is similar to the Setup Assistance with Training package, except that we provide twice the support time (up to 8 incidents per year), and three times the training offered in the basic training package. Your second and third half-days of training will typically take place one to three months after your initial training. This option provides for a higher level of training for your staff, at a cost that is lower than if you were to purchase the trainings individually. Costs are:

$900 (level A)
$1000 (level B or C)
$1100 (level D or E)
