This package includes Phone Support and setup support, plus 3 hours of onsite training or 2 hours of interactive online training to maximize the impact of using a database in your office. Training is the most valuable service you can buy, since it will increase the technical expertise within your organizations and reduce your dependence on external consultants. Most of the onsite training is provided in the Boston area, and there is a $35 additional fee for each onsite visit. If the trainer has to travel more than 20 miles to reach your location, additional charges may apply.

The onsite training is performed in two 75 minute blocks with a break in between. Online training consists of two 60 minute blocks, with additional time allocated to assist you in configuring your computer for the remote connection.

There is no additional charge if as many as 4 people from your group sit in on the training.
