The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia

The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia distributes food to 241 non-profit partner agencies to help end hunger and poverty in hundreds of its local communities. Since reading about ODB in a non-profit newsletter, the Food Bank has used the system to effectively manage its growing list of 12,000 volunteers, donors and partners. Using the software to organize its fundraising and mailings, ODB has allowed the organization to its unify its contact information with its donor records — an arduous task with unspecialized software such as Microsoft Access. Employees at the Food Bank are able to teach each other the how to use the system and are continually finding how to customize the database to best suit their unique needs.

Nice to hear about these non profit great organizations. The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia distributes food to 241 non-profit partner agencies to help those who are affected by hunger and poverty in hundreds of its communities. I also want to organize one community in our country for such type of volunteering work. These days I am working for donating wheelchair van to those who are physically disabled.

Seafood is of course highly featured on any menu, the fresh catch of the day is always worth a try. There are plenty of places where you can sample the local Caribbean Fayre which has a hint of French, Italian and Indian mixed into it, especially in St Johns' where you will be spoilt for choice.
