We rely on bug reports from you to address those rare instances where ODB doesn't do what it should. If you find a "Runtime Error" (these are rare, fortunately) we often will fix it within 48 hours! Other issues will be fixed with the next release. You will benefit by providing feedback, and by doing so you will make life easier for hundreds of other users too.

We use an online system for reporting bugs, at: http://mantis.organizersdb.org

When you file your report, be sure to fill in the fields for:

1) the version of ODB you are using (it shows up in the title bar of the main ODB screen)
2) what you were doing when the error occurred, and the exact wording of any error message.
3) what you can do to reproduce the error, if you can do that!
4) it may be helpful to indicate the version of Windows you are using (95, 98, Me, 2000, XP, or Vista)
