Did you want to use ODB on Windows Vista?
Well, apparently, the software does work!

A new user in Rhode Island called today asking for assistance and was able to get the software running in about 2 minutes with our help over the phone.

The only issue he had is that the automatic download of database drivers was not saving the installer (dbsupp.exe) in the expected location; the workaround for this was to go to this site at:

http://organizersdb.org/installhelp

and click the link, and then click on "Run."

We do not yet have an inhouse Vista machine for testing so we are going to rely on the community for feedback. Please post the results of any tests you do here and if we find any other tips or issues we will work to remedy them as quickly as possible.

ODB on Vista

I got a Vista computer 2 months ago and installed ODB on it right away. It never occurred to me it might not work. I haven't experienced any incompatibilities, and I use ODB every single day on my Vista computer.

I have been trying for

I have been trying for months to install ODB on my W7 computer . It looks like it installs, but when it starts up it says "The 'database drivers' needed by ODB may not be properly installed on this computer. The specific error was 'Can't Create Object' Do you want to install them now?" When I click Yes-automatic, it tries to do so but says it's unable to connect to the OC server, and that the error code is 2. None of our other computers (which run XP and Vista) can connect to the server either. Any help would be most appreciated.

i think we should have

i think we should have resturants support our schools. I mean... why spend $2 on lunch that we dont even like. in some cases there are kids who dont even buy school lunches. i know mcdonalds isnt healthy but what about places like SUBWAY, CHICK-FIL-A, PAPA JOHNS, PIZZA HUT ETC. this way we can eat food we accually like and that is healthy for us! and it can still fit the board's healthy food plan!!mcitp \ cissp \ a+ dumps \ ccna \ ccda \ jncia \ microsoft dumps \ pmi certification \ mcse 2008 \ microsoft certification \ itil v3 certification \ vmware certification \ ase certification \ cissp certification \ cisa \ mcse dumps \ cisco braindumps \ ccie certification \ a+ braindumps \ ccna security
